Pinx Signature take on the classic Meatloaf. Beef short rib, rubbed with espresso and other spices cooked low and slow until it is fall off the bone tender. Then we combine with grass fed angus beef. Placed on a bed of brown buttermashed potatoes and paired with Maple Brussels Sprouts. Big momma would be proud.
