We have been working in the cave and out on nothing short of bringing Pinx to new heights. It seems almost an eternity since we were first introduced to the foodie world along with the other Vote for Your Vendor participants. It was millennia ago when we first delved into the brave new world of FOOD –seriously,
we loved to eat out, we came together with our friends over food in many an exotic locale, but who knew that we too could make an impact on the food world without a James Beard award – as providers as well as consumers. Now we are spending our mornings, afternoons, nights, and early mornings working on plans,
menus, farming and closing deals. I will say this, though we are no longer on the predictable wheel of employeeship (yes I am aware that this is a completely fabricated word, but who said that Webster was the only authority that could add to our dictionary) where everything is cyclical and rote, there is nothing quite
as exciting as bringing your own “hustle” to the world. Well nothing except maybe the birth of a child.
